To enhance the economic vitality as well as the visitor experience of downtown, the City of Statesville and Downtown Statesville Development Corporation (DSDC) have undertaken an effort to prepare the Statesville Downtown & NC-115 Streetscape/Land Use Master Plan. The purpose of this undertaking was to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appeal, access and impact of the historic downtown core and facilitate the redevelopment of the NC-115 corridor.
